PLA is one of the most commonly used materials in 3D printing today. It is biodegradable, easy to use, and provides great surface finish and print quality. Good quality materials are key to successful printing. The Platinum Series PLA has been thoroughly tested by Airwolf 3D engineers and is ready to hit the market with 11 amazing colors.
PLA is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from corn starch, and contains no harmful properties.
Platinum Series PLA filament comes on a sturdy plastic spool, in a thick sealed package with desiccant.
