The HD features a class leading print volume of  1,150 cubic inches (12”x8”x12”), which equals 18,878 cubic centimeters and offers layer-to-layer resolution as fine as .06mm (.002”), lightning-fast speeds and a partially enclosed, yet easily accessible proprietary frame design.  The HD is also fully autonomous, meaning that it is not necessary to couple it to a computer to print.  The HD comes standard with Airwolf’s new proprietary Jam-Resistant hot end.

Applying what we learned from the XL and customer feedback, we designed an incredibly reliable 3D printer incorporating oversized motors, precision motion belts, and bullet-proof electronics.

JR (JAM-RESISTANT) HOTEND
The hot section of the JR hotend has been painstakingly developed from the ground up to provide higher performance than the standard buda-style as well as vastly increased serviceabillity. Say goodbye to stripped aluminum threads. The nozzle and heater block mate up perfectly with plenty of aluminum-aluminum contact, promoting outstanding heat transfer to the nozzle.

PRINTS WITH 15+ MATERIALS
Materials include ABS, HIPS, PLA, Nylon, TPU, TPE, Bendlay, PET, LayWOOD, T-glase, and many more.

HEATED BED WITH LARGE BUILD ENVELOPE
The HD features a heated, temperature controlled bed with a large 12” x 8” x 12” build envelope for large-scale 3D printing.

AUTONOMOUS PRINTING AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Autonomous printing is here. Take your Airwolf 3D printer anywhere and everywhere you go without the need of a computer. VIKI is an easy-to-use LCD control panel interface. Simply insert a micro SD card with your file, enter your print settings, and you are ready to print. 3D printing has never been easier. All HD 3D printers are equipped with VIKI, allowing users of all experience levels to be able to get the most out of their printer.

EASY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
3D printing experience is not required to run the HD. Optimized to print any STL file(s), the included software will get you printing excellent looking prints in no time.
